Kim Seskis
Hi, I’m Kim Seskis — a proud wife and mum, and the Operations Manager at Mann Family Care with over 16 years of experience in the NDIS sector doing what I’m truly passionate about.
Supporting people to live the life they choose is more than a career for me—it’s something I’m genuinely committed to. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across operations, participant engagement, and staff development, with a strong focus on leading teams, maintaining high-quality service delivery, and ensuring participants receive the support they deserve.
As Operations Manager, I oversee day-to-day service delivery, support and mentor our teams, build strong relationships with participants, families, Local Area Coordinators, Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and community organisations, and help ensure every participant has a positive experience from their first enquiry through to ongoing supports.
One of the things I value most is being there for our participants from the very beginning of their journey and continuing to support them as their needs evolve. I believe consistency, trust, and genuine relationships are the foundation of great support, and I strive to create an environment where both participants and staff feel valued and supported.
I lead with a participant-first approach and believe that integrity, compassion, and a strong work ethic are at the heart of quality service delivery. These are values I bring to my work every day and encourage throughout our team.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, heading away camping and fishing on weekends, and cheering on my teenage daughter as she pursues her passion for a different sport every other month.
I believe in keeping things genuine, treating everyone with respect, and making a positive difference in the lives of the people and communities we support.
GAGAN MANN
With five years of experience in the NDIS sector, progressing from frontline support roles to Director of Mann Family Care, I understand the importance of strong, compassionate leadership.
Leading Mann Family Care is a privilege, allowing me to create a service where participants feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
My earlier career in import and distribution provided the business and operational skills to build a high-quality, person-centred organisation that truly makes a difference.
AMBER WILLIAMS
Hi, my name is Amber, and I’m the Business Development Manager at Mann Family Care. With 14 years of experience in the NDIS and community services sector, I bring a strong background in operations, business development, and building meaningful partnerships that create positive outcomes for participants.
I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of exceptional support. Taking the time to listen, understand individual needs, and work collaboratively with participants, families, and industry partners is at the heart of everything I do.
Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, making the most of summer days at the river, and cheering on my children from the sidelines as they play sport each weekend.
Above all, I believe in leading with kindness, integrity, and compassion. It’s important to me that every person feels heard, respected, and valued, and I’m proud to be part of a team that helps people build confidence, achieve their goals, and create brighter futures.
